Terms and Conditions
Mornington Peninsula Plunge Tours holds comprehensive public liability insurance, but we hold no liability if you choose to drive a vehicle after the tour’s completion.
It is recommended that you purchase personal travel insurance to ensure you are adequately covered for circumstances beyond your control i.e. sickness or inability to travel as full cancellation penalties will apply.
Local (Mornington Peninsula) pickup and single guest prices differ to price displayed on website. All prices available on application.
Full payment or Credit Card details are required to confirm booking.
A credit number is required to secure the booking or you can pre-pay via direct deposit.
A cancellation fee is charged to the value of the booking if the customer cancels within 24 hours of due departure.
Mornington Peninsula Plunge Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings being received and a full refund applies.
Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience, but no liability is accepted for any illness, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage whilst on tour.
We accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated pick up points at designated times. No refund is provided for passengers who miss our tours.
Tours operate all year round and are not affected by weather conditions.
Pickup locations must be confirmed 24 hours prior to tour departure. We accept no responsibility for passengers missing our tours if the pickup location is changed and we are not advised.
We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Mornington Peninsula Plunge Tours encourages responsible drinking. Service of alcohol may be refused to persons deemed intoxicated. If it is felt, in the opinion of the driver, that the comfort and safety of passengers is being compromised, the offending party shall no longer participate on the tour. They will be dropped off at a safe location and Mornington Peninsula Plunge Tours will arrange a taxi, and at the clients own personal cost, make their own way back to their accommodation.
Passengers must be able to prove they are over 18 years to consume alcohol at wineries.
Whilst travelling onboard our vehicle and in the cellar doors, there is to be no consumption of own food, alcohol, or smoking of cigars/cigarettes.
Wineries do not have BYO licenses therefore you may not bring you own alcohol for consumption.
Person causing a nuisance to other passengers may be removed from the vehicle. Mornington Peninsula Plunge Tours will not be liable for any expense incurred by the passengers should this occur.
Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles or at the venues visited. Any damage incurred to the vehicle by patrons will be paid in full by them within seven (7) days including a cleaning fee of no less than $100.
On all Mornington Peninsula Plunge Tours we assume no responsibility for loss, injury, sickness, damage, delay or irregularity that may be caused or arising during any tour under our management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise.
Tour variations and cancellations may occur due to extreme weather conditions, vineyard closures, and last minute changes received from vineyards or traffic disruptions.
If any of these circumstances should arise, Mornington Peninsula Plunge Tours will revise the itinerary to impact as little as possible on the remainder of the tour. If the tour is cancelled completely, Mornington Peninsula Plunge Tours will try to re-book the clients for a date convenient to both parties, or refund monies in full.
Cancellation Terms
For all bookings made with Mornington Peninsula Plunge Tours the following penalties apply:
- For all cancellations a 25% administration fee will be charged on total tour amount.
- For cancellations between 2-14 days, a 50% cancellation penalty applies on total tour amount.
- For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or "no show" 100% cancellation penalty applies on total tour amount.
General Terms

Children over the age of 12 may join a tour at adult prices at the discretion of management.
Maximum of 7 (seven) passengers per vehicle.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.
All tours are escorted by an experienced host.
Tours will leave according to times stated on itineraries and will not wait for latecomers. We accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at a designated pick-up point at the designated times, no refund is provided for passengers failing to meet our tour at designated times. No responsibility is taken for passengers leaving pick up locations if our vehicles are not present at the scheduled departure time.
We accept no responsibility for passengers missing our tour if pick up location is changed and we are not advised.
We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice.
We reserve the right to use alternate vehicles and operators.
Passengers must pay for tours prior to embarkation.
Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles or at wineries.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificate valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Always subject to tour availability.
Redemption bookings must be made at least one week from the required travel date.
